Breathing exercises

Daddy's been telling you that whenever you get mad, breathe in and out deeply for 10 seconds and try to calm down. 

Last night, Ashley threw a tantrum, and was rolling around on the ground screaming for daddy. 

When daddy said, if you don't calm down I will lock your door because you are waking up Brandon, you crawled into bed...

And started your breathing exercises. It was so cute. Daddy meltedb. I gave you a bum pat to help you sleep and showered you with kisses for being so good.
