Sitting with Ashley yesterday on the ottoman, daddy wrapped his arm around her to make sure she didn't fall off. Then Brandon came by, and daddy moved to grab him. Ashley said, "Daddy, put your arm here." and indicated I should hold her again. I did. Later, we laid in bed together because she was being naughty, but I didn't want to yell at her. So I explained that she's being naughty because she's tired. She snuggled up next to me, and basically spooned herself into daddy's chest. I held her for 10 seconds. she asked daddy to count. I did. She went to bed.
